Location: Cherokee Nation RegionPay Rate: $40 to $43/hr
Schedule: Weekend Day Shift Saturday Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician for an allied lab opportunity with Cherokee Nation. This role requires strong chemistry blood bank pediatric and lab system experience including Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics analyzer experience.
Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing accurately in chemistry blood bank and related lab areas
Support pediatric lab testing and specimen handling as required
Operate Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzer and lab equipment
Use Cerner Millennium and Oracle systems for lab documentation and workflow
Follow lab safety quality control and specimen processing standards
Requirements
ASCP or AMT registered Laboratory Technician certification required
AHA BLS certification required
Minimum 3 years of lab technician experience required
Blood bank chemistry pediatric Cerner Millennium and Ortho experience required
Phlebotomy skills preferred; solid color scrubs required Hunter Green preferred
