In this role you will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures on biological specimens using established protocols and professional judgment. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of specimens from collection and preparation through testing and result reporting across multiple laboratory disciplines. Working with patients of all ages you will help ensure timely reliable diagnostic results that contribute directly to positive patient outcomes.

Schedule Details:
Full-time 72 hours every two weeks
Varying 8-hour shifts Monday Friday
Start and end times fluctuate between 6am-9am start and 2:30pm-5:30pm end
Every 6th Saturday morning rotation working 8am-12pm
On-site position at CentraCare Plaza St. Cloud
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay $26.22 per hourexact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $26.22-39.32 per hour

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree from an accredited Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program required
- Or other qualifications as outlined by CLIA regulation section 493.1489 for employees hired before September 1 1997
- New Graduates degree must be validated within 2 months post-graduation
- BOC certified or exam completed within 6 months of hire with certification verified within six weeks of exam required
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical laboratory preferred
- Good computer knowledge and input skills
- Transportation available for off campus laboratory related activities may be required
- A valid drivers license a driving record in good standing and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required
