Schedule: Day Shift with variable on-call rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 5 years required; 10 years preferred
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist for a 13-week quick-start contract opportunity in Meeker Colorado. This role performs diagnostic laboratory testing on blood and body fluids specimen collection result interpretation and accurate documentation in a hospital laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic testing on blood body fluids and other laboratory specimens
Collect specimens process samples and complete required laboratory procedures
Analyze test results and communicate findings according to facility protocols
Document laboratory work accurately using Meditech
Rotate weekday call and every fourth weekend call as required
Requirements
Active Colorado Laboratory License Or Required State Credentials Required
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience required; 10 years preferred
ASCP CLS Or Equivalent Certification Required
Current Registered MLT Or MLS Credential Required
Must meet 65-mile radius rule holiday coverage and facility submission requirements
