Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Automated Chemistry

Job Summary
- Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze routine laboratory data and verify results are within established quality parameters
- Identify document and escalate unusual results or potential performance issues to senior laboratory staff
- Prepare laboratory reagents buffers and solutions required for testing activities
- Calibrate maintain and document laboratory equipment performance as assigned
- Support quality investigations deviations corrective actions and procedural updates
- Train and assist laboratory personnel on routine procedures and demonstrated areas of competency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support continuous improvement safety and 6S initiatives
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Some CAP/CLIA laboratory locations may require a Bachelors degree in a chemical physical biological or clinical laboratory science medical laboratory technology or cytotechnology)
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) License (Required)
- 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and analytical testing procedures
- Experience working with laboratory automation systems or specialized laboratory equipment
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory standards including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders and laboratory teams
- Knowledge of laboratory safety infection control practices and hazardous chemical handling
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $42700.00 - $89000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
