This role under the general supervision of the Supervisor Manager or Laboratory Director permits the Medical Laboratory Technician to perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility and exercise independent judgment minimally as competency is : Maintains acceptable accuracy in-patient quality assurance proficiency and competency Thinking: Uses clinical/theoretical knowledge to analyze investigate interpret and report lab Knowledge: Maintains current personal training education and practice of policies and : Practices organizational skills for efficient of time materials cost and availability of lab : Practices information monitoring investigation resolution and hand-off to team other duties as assigned.

Beaker LIS experience requiredMLT(AAB) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT(AMT) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT(ASCP) - Medical Laboratory Technician or MLT-P - Medical Laboratory Technician Provisional (18 Months) within 1-1/2 YrsMinimum 1 year Laboratory experience Preferred
