A veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead its clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. Responsibilities:
Provide medical and surgical care for companion animals
Lead mentor and support veterinary staff and clinical team members
Promote high standards of patient care and medical excellence
Collaborate with practice leadership on daily operations and clinical initiatives
Ensure compliance with professional ethical and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required
Active veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication leadership and decision-making skills
