Role Overview
Lead the medical team while providing advanced veterinary care for small animals exotic pets and birds in a collaborative well-equipped hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee medical standards and patient care
- Mentor veterinarians and support staff
- Perform wellness exams diagnostics surgery and dentistry
- Treat dogs cats exotic pets and avian patients
- Support hospital operations and enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- DVM degree with a Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills
- Experience with or interest in exotic and avian medicine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
