Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route mileage drive time and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Orientation bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Incentive: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery rideshare or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app navigation scheduling and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room refrigerated or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged improperly packaged or off

What Youll Need

• Personal vehicle (2016 preferred) valid license active insurance satisfactory driving record (MVR)
• Smartphone (iOS 13/Android 11) with reliable data
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• 21 years old
• Delivery rideshare or courier experience a plus not required
