Job SummaryChiro Center One is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for managing the billing process from start to finish ensuring accurate claim submission timely reimbursement and compliance with all applicable regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and take pride in accuracy we want to hear from Responsibilities* Prepare review and submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and on time* Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to services* Process and track claims following up on denials rejections and unpaid balances* Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts* Communicate with insurance companies patients and providers to resolve billing issues* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable billing regulations* Assist with patient inquiries regarding billing statements and payment optionsQualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in medical billing and coding preferred* Previous experience in medical billing preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting* Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems* Strong knowledge of CPT ICD-10 and HCPCS coding* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer* Competitive pay based on experience* Supportive and collaborative work environment* Opportunities for professional growth and developmentHow to ApplyTo apply for this position please complete the online application form and upload your resume.
