Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing operations timely claims processing and effective communication with insurance providers to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance billing procedures claims management and follow-up processes with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and manage insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle payment posting claim tracking and account reconciliation
  • Follow up on denied rejected or unpaid claims to ensure resolution
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding billing issues and claim status updates
  • Review and verify billing information for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized billing records and documentation
  • Collaborate with intake authorization and clinical teams to support smooth billing workflows
Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical billing required
  • Strong knowledge of insurance processes claims systems and reimbursement procedures
