KSHR Advisory is partnering with Human Longevity Inc. (HLI) to recruit a Medical Assistant to join HLIs clinical team in South San Francisco California.

The Opportunity

As a Medical Assistant you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting HLIs clinical team. The position combines hands-on clinical support client coordination phlebotomy and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized service-oriented comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and committed to providing a high level of care and discretion.

What Youll Do

  • Client Interaction & Coordination: Serve as a welcoming point of contact for HLI clients route calls promptly and efficiently manage scheduling and coordinate appointment follow-ups.
  • Support the Medical Team: Coordinate results reviews and post-visit planning with the clinical team to help ensure clients receive timely information and personalized care.
  • Own the Client Experience: Guide clients throughout their HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up process helping ensure they understand their next steps.
  • Clinical Support: Support clinical activities including phlebotomy and the tracking and handling of diagnostic kits and specimens.
  • Confidentiality & Trust: Protect client privacy and maintain medical and personal information with the highest level of discretion and in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and support efficient day-to-day clinical office operations.
  • Flexible Support: Provide after-hours or weekend assistance when needed to support HLI clients and clinical operations.

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Phlebotomy Certification (CPT)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Veradigm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a healthcare environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving and client service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 years of phlebotomy experience
  • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Salesforce WebEx DocuSign and Macintosh systems
