As our Medical Assistant you will be a vital link between our patients and providers directly influencing the quality of care and patient experience in both primary and specialty settings.

Every day you will encounter diverse medical conditions and patient needs requiring you to adapt quickly prioritize tasks and expand your clinical expertise across multiple specialties.

10 hour shifts are available!

• High School diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of experience in a medical office/clinic or graduation from an accredited Medical Administrative Assistant Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program
• Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R) through the State of Washington sponsored by Virginia Mason required within 60 days of hire
• BLS-RQI
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Professional demeanor with a positive upbeat attitude and strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff leaders patients and physicians
