Looking for a Medical Assistant role with a predictable schedule and room to grow Join an established private practice in Lubbock where youll work directly with patients while developing your clinical and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake and daily office operations
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Assist with medication-related tasks as directed
- Help with insurance authorizations and procedure coordination
- Handle front- and back-office duties
- Assist the clinical team with patient care
- Learn additional procedures through training
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Dependable professional and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn new procedures and technology
- Insurance authorization experience is a plus
- Mental health experience is a plus
