Location: 4051 Upper Creek Drive Suite 101 Sun City Center FL 33573

Schedule: MondayFriday (No weekends) 8am to 5pm

Pay: $19-$24

Were looking for a reliable detailoriented Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys direct patient interaction and takes pride in keeping a clinic running smoothly. Youll support providers manage patient flow and ensure every patient receives efficient compassionate care.

• Patient rooming Room patients take vitals and prepare charts for the visit

• Chart Prepping Review charts ahead of appointments to ensure accurate complete information

• Clinical Support Assist with basic inoffice procedures as needed

• Administrative Tasks Work on prior authorizations handle patient calls and manage followup communication

• Patient Flow Coordination Help maintain a steady organized flow of 2022 patients per day

• Documentation Enter accurate clinical information into the EHR

• Team Support Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure a smooth clinic experience

• 2 years of Medical Assistant experience (Required)

• Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a highvolume clinic

• Excellent communication and customerservice skills

• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy patient schedules

• Experience with prior authorizations and patient phone triage is a plus
