Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant with strong front desk and clinical support experience to join their healthcare team in Georgetown Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting providers with patient care managing front office duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist customers with questions and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and process billing invoices accurately and timely
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Manage and update files documents and spreadsheets
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Use Microsoft Office 365 programs to complete daily tasks

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Word
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
