We are currently seeking a full-timeMedical Assistantwith Phlebotomy Backgroundto join our team at PutnamvilleCorrectional Facility located in Greencastle Indiana.

Pay Rate Range is $18-25/hour depending on experience Benefits

The Medical Assistant/ Phlebotomistworks under the direction of the RN or LPN and is responsible for monitoring patient vital signs implementing orders for diagnostic lab test and assisting the Physician with minor procedures. Additionally responsibilities include recording EKGs maintaining and cleaning medical equipment and collecting data for Quality Improvement programs as assigned.

• Current Indiana Medical Assistant license/certification
• Must have Phlebotomy background
• Minimum of 6 months Lab Experience
• Current CPR
• Corrections experience preferred not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check

Full Time Day shift - Monday- Friday 8-hour Day shift
