NEEDED: Medical Assistant

LOCATION: 9000 Blue Mound Rd. Dort Worth TX 76131

SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

OPERATIONAL HOURS: 24 hours a day five (5) days a week (Mon-Fri) weekends on an as needed basis weekend coverage may be required for day evening and midnight shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizen
• 1-2 years experience as a Medical Assistant

JOB DUTIES:

• Schedule all appointments for medical surveillance and pre/post-employment physicals.
• Shall maintain all files order supplies and finalize all reports received from the Lead Nurse.
• Work with web-based computer systems medical software Occupational Health and Safety software as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Prepare medical records for archiving after employee has left the agency.
• Organize all health and wellness events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Shall wear professional medical entire at all times while within the facility.
