Job Summary: | The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) is seeking applications for a full time Medical Assistant to cover our Littleton location. Our MFM providers Genetic Counselors and Diabetes Educators provide services such as maternal and fetal disease consultation prenatal diagnosis diabetes management in pregnancy and genetic counseling services. This role will be responsible for assisting with chart preparation record requests blood draws the completion of lab forms organize and stock exam rooms schedule follow up appointments for patients evaluate basic lab results and assist the physicians with in-office procedures. The individual in this position will perform a broad spectrum of duties related to the effective and efficient clinical assistance of patients for outpatient visits and procedures in the Maternal Fetal Medicine offices. This includes maintaining precise interactions with nurses physicians and any other departments or functions involved in the delivery of patient care services. Key Responsibilities:
