Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Marina del Rey California
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 5x8 Hours (Between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a contract opportunity in Marina del Rey CA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and patient care skills experience working in outpatient clinic settings and proficiency with Epic EMR systems.

• Room patients and assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Perform venipuncture and collect patient specimens
• Record vital signs patient history and clinical information accurately
• Maintain patient flow and support daily clinic operations
• Document patient information using Epic EMR
• Assist with administrative and clinical duties as needed
• Float to other Internal Medicine and Family Medicine clinics when required

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program
• High School Diploma or GED required
• BLS Certification required (AHA or American Red Cross only)
• Proficiency with venipuncture
• Epic EMR experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
