Media Intelligence Systems & Performance Software Engineer

As a software engineer in this role you will be responsible for contributing to design and architecture prototyping and developing new features profiling and optimizing performance implementing tools u0026 testing. Design and implement software systems focused on ML/CV media processing. This development covers a wide range of the software stack including low-level media processing pipelines system level frameworks and API interfaces as well daemons u0026 applications and the inter-process communication between themnProfile and analyze software and system performance using a suite of tools to evaluate processing speed memory footprint and power impactnOptimize software performance using concepts like multi-threading u0026 concurrency hardware acceleration and SIMD instructionsnPeer review of software design and code deliverables from his teammatesnTriage investigate and debug software issuesnSoftware test development including the implementation of unit tests tools for integration and system level testing test automation and integration of testing into continuous integration systems

Software development experience in one of the following: C C Objective CnA deep understanding of multithreaded programmingnStrong analytical programming and debugging skills

Software optimization experience leveraging SIMD GPU or hardware accelerationnExperience with media processing systems (image video or audio processing)nExperience with systems applying machine learning / computer visionnExperience in continuous integration and test automation
