Media Intelligence Social Listening Analyst

RiVidium is seeking a Media Intelligence / Social Listening Analyst to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members families and related stakeholders. Performs PWS C.5.2.3.5 media intelligence; analyzes sentiment tracks trends and generates executive-level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social and media channels to identify trends sentiment and relevant audience issues.
• Analyze media and social listening data to support strategic communication decisions.
• Prepare reports and recommendations that help improve message timing reach and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with outreach and analytics teams to translate findings into action.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Senior (10 yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
• Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital visual written or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting public sector defense or mission-focused digital communications programs.
• Familiarity with audience analytics user-centered design accessibility and content performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating across content design stakeholder engagement social media and campaign teams.

Work Setting

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria Virginia area with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria Virginia area is expected with on-site support as required by the customer.
