Media Coordinator

THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Media Coordinator to support our poker marketing program. You will play akey role on the poker media team with responsibility to drive media efficiency and scale across both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) operations. You will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including but not limited to Promotions Brand Commercial Media Product Marketing and Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate customer acquisition at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Assist with the onboarding setup and day-to-day management of affiliate and partner relationships helping to track performance against key goals.
• Help prepare regular reports on media partner performance across multiple business areas.
• Contribute to the development of monthly quarterly and annual media plans.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends opportunities and areas for growth.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving media partner performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help optimize customer acquisition journeys and user experiences.
• Assist with budget tracking invoice processing and month-end financial reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support marketing strategies and company growth objectives.
• Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed.

THE STATS
What were looking for in our next teammate

• Bachelors degree in business marketing or another relevant field with strong academic record preferred.
• 0-1 year of client-facing marketing experience affiliate marketing experience and media buying preferred. Internship experience a plus.
• Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM CPI CPA CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them.
• Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders.
• Strategic and commercial thinker with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of global online affiliate and online gambling payment models.
• A real passion for gaming and ability to grow the media mix.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation.
