The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a reliable and compassionate Med Tech/Caregiver to join our weekend team. You will provide resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN support daily living needs and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities

• Take and record vital signs and other resident data

• Support admissions transfers and routine care

• Provide morning and evening care

• Assist with positioning lifting and ambulation

• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and infection control practices

• Engage residents and promote a positive environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and charting skills

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality

• Professional patient and team-oriented
