About the Role:

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor youll be the friendly compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose connection and growth in a supportive small-home environment.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with personal care: grooming bathing dressing toileting
• Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
• Support residents medication routines and monitor their well-being
• Maintain a clean safe cozy living space
• Engage residents in meaningful uplifting activities
• Keep accurate thoughtful records to ensure quality care

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Age 18(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
• Certified in First Aid CPR
• Able to lift 35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance

Preferred (Nice-To-Have):

• CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
• Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
