A well-established and growing mechanical construction company is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout

Develop and oversee project budgets schedules forecasts and cost controls

Coordinate field teams subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders

Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

Monitor project performance productivity and profitability

Manage project documentation reporting and compliance requirements

Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining project timelines

Promote a culture of safety accountability and teamwork.

Requirements

Experience in mechanical construction HVAC piping plumbing refrigeration or related commercial construction projects

Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Experience managing project budgets schedules and customer relationships

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred

Equivalent industry experience will be considered
