As a Mechanical Generator Assembler youll play a hand-on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha WI.
What Youll Do:
- Assemble large generators independently and collaboratively on a modern assembly line.
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing standards and processes.
- Complete scheduled tasks to ensure on time delivery.
- Monitor the manufacturing process and troubleshoot issues as needed.
What Youll Bring:
- Technical training or equivalent experience in industrial assembly of large equipment plant construction or related fields.
- Hands-on experience as a mechanical technician automotive mechanic or similar role.
- Strong attention to quality and commitment to high assembly standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Commitment to safety health and environmental standards (OSHA compliance)

- Location: Waukesha WI
- Work Schedule:First ShiftMonday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime flexible shifts and adapt to team needs
