Overview
Lead a hands-on mechanical engineering team in a precision manufacturing environment designing engineered fluid-system components for defense nuclear and industrial markets.
Lead a hands-on mechanical engineering team in a precision manufacturing environment designing engineered fluid-system components for defense nuclear and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers and designers; manage workload and schedules.
Review and approve drawings BOMs calculations and engineering changes.
Support manufacturing: machining assembly testing inspection troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with ASME military specs ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
Drive design-for-manufacturability and continuous improvement.

Requirements
U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelors in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
5 years progressive engineering experience in manufacturing; leadership experience required.
Proficient in CAD (Inventor/AutoCAD or similar) GD&T BOMs and engineering change control.
Experience with regulated manufacturing (ASME military specs) preferred.
U.S. citizenship required.
