AtkinsRéalisis seeking aMechanical Engineerto join ourBuilding and PlacesTeam.This is anentry-levelposition and is based out ofOrlando FL.

• Assistedsenior engineers with mechanical design analysis and technical documentation.

• Developed and updated CAD drawings and 3D models.

• Performed basic engineering calculations and design evaluations.

• Support equipmentselections troubleshooting and performance assessments.

• Collaborated withinterdisciplinaryteams to complete engineering projects.

• Prepared technical reports specifications and engineering documentation.

• Ensured compliance with safety standards industry codes and company procedures.

• Contributed to process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Participated inmulti-disciplinary coordination meetings

• Maintained project records and provided engineering support throughout project lifecycles.

• EXPERIENCE:

• 02 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Internships co-op assignments academic projects or laboratory experience may be accepted in lieu of professional experience.

• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles including thermodynamics fluid mechanicsmechanics ofmaterials and machine design.

• EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.

• SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Experience using CAD software such asRevit orAutoCAD.

• Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Ability to perform fundamental engineering calculations and analyses.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Understanding ofindustry standards safety requirements and quality processes.

• Experience with engineering documentation and technical report preparation preferred.

• PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS:

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT/FE) certification preferred but not typically.
