We are hiring a FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME position working with our Project Manager to prepare complex and original designs that require a high degree of precision using Revit. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures with the full-time opportunity for potential growth in the active development cultivation and maintenance of project-associated relationships (PRM).

Mechanical Drafting Assistant
Develops Revit system designs and documentation
Uses design and modeling software to support requests given during pursuit and the award of plumbing & HVAC projects
Collaborates with estimators project managers engineers BIM Modelers architects and GUNTHERS clients
Determines the proper elements and scale for construction sites
Gathers and analyze data on costs materials and labor
Meets deadlines while modeling GUNTHERS exceptional standard of quality
Supports Project Manager in additional tasks as needed

Mechanical Drafting Assistant
*1-2 years of HVAC design experience required*
*1-2 years of HVAC design experience required*
Proficient experience or knowledge in Autodesk Revit software
Bachelors degree or attending school in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or other related fields preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to understand technical drawings and plans and ability to create verifiable reports and exhibits
Keen attention to detail
