Mechanical Design Engineer - Direct Hire
Compensation: $80000 - $120000 DOE
We are partnering with a growing manufacturer of custom industrial equipment seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.
In this role you will design and support large-scale custom machinery including frames shafts gearing systems and bearing assemblies using SolidWorks. Projects range from new equipment development to retrofit and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
SolidWorks experience required
Machine design experience preferred
Experience within pulp and paper web handling converting printing or similar equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail initiative and project ownership required
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on collaboration working closely with manufacturing and commercial teams and seeing projects through from concept to completion.
