Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic inspections repairs and maintenance on trailers trucks and equipment
• Learn to perform routine tasks like oil changes tire checks and fluid checks
• Keep the shop tools and work areas clean and organized
• Support the mechanic with day-to-day tasks and ongoing repairs
• Learn how to safely use tools and equipment

Qualifications

• High school student
• Completion of shop classes or hands-on mechanical experience required
• Interest in mechanics equipment or working with your hands
• Willingness to learn take direction and grow skills
• Reliable hardworking and a team player
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift stand for extended periods and climb ladders as needed
