About the role.
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining site assets and ensuring the mechanical and electrical operability of plant equipment. This role supports safe efficient and reliable production by performing routine and emergency maintenance troubleshooting equipment issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
What youll be doing.
- Perform scheduled and emergency mechanical and general electrical maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot repair install adjust and fabricate equipment and systems
- Support plant safety programs and comply with OSHA NEC/NFPA 70E and food safety standards
- Maintain clean work areas and accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability-centered maintenance activities
What youll need to be successful.
- Journeyman-level Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright certification or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude electrical fundamentals and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of 480V three-phase power power distribution control wiring PLCs and VFDs
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 32.00 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
