As a Mechanic II youll be supporting the maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate this role youll perform detailed maintenance troubleshooting and repair on a variety of corporate jet platforms including Hawker Gulfstream Falcon and Bombardier aircraft. Youll work in a collaborative high-performance MRO environment where safety precision and teamwork drive success.

What Youll Do
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance.
Conduct operational checks engine runs and leak checks to verify serviceability.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic landing gear flight control and other airframe systems.
Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals blueprints and technical data.
Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required.
Accomplish Service Bulletins Repair Letters and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards.
Document all work performed clearly accurately and in compliance with StandardAero procedures.
Adhere to all safety environmental and quality standards in a professional MRO setting.

Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft.
Experience performing heavy maintenance (C&D checks) on Gulfstream Falcon Hawker and/or Bombardier aircraft.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and technical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.

Salary: $26.41 39.62
The compensation package for this position also includes a performance-based cash and equity incentives. Actual pay will be determined based on the selected candidates skills experience and internal equity considerations.
