This position is located on-site in Ripon WI.

Standard Work Hours:

Weekend Nights Friday - Sunday 4pm - 4am

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $31.37 - $34.98 commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams sketches operation manuals and manufacturers specifications
• Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems welding equipment pumps conveyor systems and production machines
• Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency
• Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders track maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment records

Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed:

• Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

• Standing for a long period sitting manual dexterity stooping bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
