About the Role
Join a high-impact Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team driving data excellence across the Health and Human Services System. As an MDM Architect you will design and implement large-scale Master Data Management solutions to ensure critical HHS data is trusted accessible and actionable for data-driven decision making. Youll work closely with IT data analytics and program leaders leveraging your Informatica expertise to advance integrated data analytics across the continuum of care. Responsibilities
- Architect design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica tools for multi-terabyte data environments.
- Develop robust ETL processes to integrate healthcare provider and managed care member data using Oracle Snowflake and Informatica.
- Collaborate with EIM IT and business teams to master agency data resolve identities and ensure trusted reference data.
- Lead enhancements testing and maintenance of the MDM application layer to align with evolving business needs.
- Plan monitor and deploy MDM and Metadata projects using agile methodologies.
- Ensure MDM builds meet coding security and compliance standards.
- Translate complex data findings for leaders and staff in accessible non-technical language.
- Develop and curate AI prompts and query strategies to retrieve and synthesize master data.
- Validate AI outputs and mitigate hallucinations to ensure data quality in analytics.
- Promote a data-driven culture and mentor internal teams on best practices in data and AI utilization.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve data issues and answer complex data questions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8 years of advanced Informatica and ETL development expertise.
- 8 years in Enterprise Information Management best practices.
- 8 years designing and implementing Master Data Management solutions.
- 8 years developing custom Informatica PowerCenter solutions.
- 8 years using Erwin/ERStudio or equivalent data modeling tools.
- Exceptional communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple responsibilities and collaborating across teams.
- Strong technical writing abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Experience installing and configuring Informatica Metadata Manager.
- Experience architecting additional Master Data Management solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or equivalent.
