MDM Administrator
Pay Rate: $72-82/Hr

About the Role
Join our dynamic Health and Human Services (HHS) data team as a Senior MDM this vital position you will bridge technical IT and program staff mastering complex member and provider data domains to drive integrated analytics and informed decision-making. You ll leverage your expertise in Informatica and MDM to empower HHS staff with precise reliable data enabling impactful use of AI and advanced analytics across the agency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and program staff translating complex data identity concepts into actionable solutions
- Extract integrate and analyze member and provider identity data from diverse sources to support advanced analytics and reporting needs
- Develop and deliver clear documentation tutorials and training sessions to enhance organizational data literacy and promote a data-driven culture
- Collaborate closely with data engineering IT and program teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and devise robust data identity strategies
- Guide and mentor non-technical users in crafting precise AI prompts and leveraging standardized query templates for data synthesis
- Ensure all data identities comply with agency data standards governance and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on the latest MDM tools and AI advancements continuously improving data integrations and reporting processes
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 years of Informatica PowerCenter experience
- At least 10 years working with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM
- 10 years experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions for analytics
- 8 years proficiency in SQL for data profiling and manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical findings in clear non-technical language
- Proven experience collaborating with end-users and IT leaders to create and validate member identification strategies
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse experience
- Informatica IICS familiarity
- Health and Human Services or regulated industry background
- Knowledge of data governance and quality principles
- Primary point of contact on MDM analytics projects
- Experience championing MDM across organizations
- Exposure to AI prompt development
