Our The Mechanical Specialist I performs industrial mechanical and basic electrical repairs to production equipment and systems. This role follows all safety and code requirements and works under the direction of maintenance supervision and/or management. Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Our Woodmill is located in McClure PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and support systems.
• Conduct mechanical repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting repairs and adjustments.
• Perform work up tobut not includingadjustments or repairs of computerized controls.
• Set up and operate equipment requiring basic electrical adjustments.
• Provide personal hand tools not supplied by the department.
• Accurately account for all working time.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and team members.
• Perform duties safely and professionally.
• Comply with company policies.
• Work effectively in a team environment and maintain attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operations and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 710 years related experience
• Advanced mechanical knowledge with basic electrical proficiency.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• LOTO Certification.
• Electrical Theory and Applications Training.
• Use required PPE.
