Support Student Success
Conduct student assessments
Create personalized Learning Plans
Ensure students receive an exceptional learning experience
Build Relationships
Welcome families and provide outstanding customer service
Communicate student progress
Create an exceptional experience for every family

Respond to new leads and conduct enrollment conferences
Explain our program and confidently guide families through enrollment
Achieve enrollment and retention goals
Build partnerships within the local community

Manage Daily Operations
Oversee scheduling staffing technology and center operations
Monitor performance metrics and help the center achieve its goals

Goal-oriented and motivated by helping the center grow
Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Comfortable with math through Algebra II
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred
Leadership or management experience preferred
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Background check and math assessment required

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
