Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
- Broadening knowledge of theories practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. For customer facing roles develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience with parts procurement and material handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to review and work with materials and related documentation to support compliance and operational needs
- General awareness of chemical handling and purchasing considerations
- Familiarity with aircraft parts documentation and certification requirements including Certificates of Conformity FAA Form 8130-3 and other aviation-spe
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

The base pay range for this position is $94600 - $143000 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting is expected to close on September 19th 2026.
