Materials Handler 1 Weekend Shift

• Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 10%; must have valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Unpacks examines counts and labels incoming material.
• Records receipts and reports discrepancies.
• Performs receiving put away kitting picking packing and shipping of goods.
• Stock and organize parts and inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory counts and readily accessible materials.
• Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent abuse misuse damage or deterioration.
• Obtain prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer base.
• Maintain an inventory control and management system including work order closing.
• Support all facility regulatory and safety codes.

• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to effectively manage stress including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Drivers license a must.
• Warehouse operations experience preferred not required
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to operate and utilize handheld inventory management scanner required
• Ability to operate computers with the Windows operating system
• Knowledge on aircraft/parts is a plus
• Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
