Materials Analyst, AHMC

In this role youll:

Develop and maintain maintenance plans aligned with operational and customer requirements while monitoring performance through dashboards and planned versus actual reporting.

Using data and insights youll support informed decision-making and improved operational outcomes. Youll work closely with Operations Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.

Youll also support and cross-train new schedulers within the Planning team manage stakeholder communication provide timely project updates and ensure safety quality and record-keeping standards are maintained.

Working collaboratively across the team youll contribute to the successful delivery of project and operational outcomes.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Auburn Heavy Maintenance Centre (AHMC). Please note that this is an on-site role with attendance at AHMC required.

About you

Youll bring experience in operations maintenance or project environments with strong analytical reporting and data analysis skills.

Youll be proficient in advanced Excel SAP MRP engineering bills of materials and task list analysis with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Youll also be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety.
