SCHEDULE: 6AM-2:30PM

PAY RANGE: $18.75/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs manual clerical and material handling duties utilizing business systems and material handling equipment to support manufacturing operations. Responsible for the movement replenishment staging storage and transaction processing of raw materials components work-in-process and finished goods. Ensures material availability traceability inventory accuracy and compliance with Quality System Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements while supporting uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Breaks down bulk materials into usable components while maintaining proper identification labeling and traceability requirements.
Fulfills Kanban replenishment requests and production order picklists ensuring correct part numbers quantities and lot traceability.
Stages replenishes and delivers materials to manufacturing areas in support of production schedules and operating priorities.
Operates tuggers and other authorized material handling equipment including pallet jacks carts forklifts where certified pallet wrappers and related equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
Transports raw materials components work-in-process finished goods and non-production materials to designated locations while maintaining product integrity and traceability.
Performs SAP MES GLS or other applicable business system transactions to accurately record material movement inventory status and traceability information.
Maintains accurate material records and completes required documentation supporting inventory control and material traceability.
Inspects incoming materials containers pallets and shipments for damage and verifies accuracy against associated documentation.
Receives stores moves and stages materials according to established procedures and inventory management practices.
Supports inventory accuracy through proper material handling practices cycle count activities and accurate transaction processing.
Communicates material shortages inventory discrepancies labeling concerns transaction errors damaged materials and safety concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Supports internal customers by responding to material requests and ensuring timely delivery of required materials.
Maintains organized material storage and staging locations using 5S principles and good housekeeping practices.
Reads comprehends and follows verbal and written job instructions procedures specifications diagrams visual controls and other related documentation written in English.
Participates in continuous improvement activities and supports implementation of improvements within the department.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing warehouse and distribution operations.


Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications
Typical minimum years of experience 0-1 yrs in a logistics environment. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications. Must work well with people. The ability to operate a forklift is desirable.

Additional Job Specific Requirements:

Ability to stand walk bend reach lift push pull and transport materials throughout the workday.
Ability to safely operate approved material handling equipment including tuggers pallet jacks carts and forklifts where trained and authorized.
Ability to lift and move materials and packages in accordance with site EHS requirements.
Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
