Job Description
Highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. Material Handler will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of materials supplies and equipment throughout the production facility. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the use of automated retrieval systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Handling and Movement:
Receive process and store incoming materials supplies and equipment within Oracle ERP.
Transport materials and supplies to designated areas using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Ensure accurate labeling tracking and documentation of all materials and supplies.
2. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damage.
3. Production Support:
Provide material support to production teams including delivering materials and supplies to production lines.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
4. Safety and Quality:
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
Report any safety incidents or near-misses.
Ensure all materials and supplies are handled and stored in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
5. Communication and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production logistics and quality.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding material handling and inventory issues.
Working Conditions:
1. Environment: Semiconductor manufacturing facility with cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas.
2. Temperature: Temperature-controlled environment with potential for varying temperatures.
3. Noise: Moderate noise levels.
4. Physical Demands: Standing walking lifting bending and reaching required.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Education Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Ability to quickly learn new processes.
Sense of urgency.
Customer focused.
Oracle ERP
Cycle count experience
X-Ray for small sensitive components
ESD awareness
MSD experience
Microsoft Office experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations local market conditions and internal equity as well as candidate qualifications such as skills education and experience.
