Material Handler I 1st Shift

Entegris is currently seeking a Material Handler I for our Decatur TX facility.

In this role you will perform tasks related directly to the receipt warehousing control packaging and issue/shipment of manufactured products and vendor acquired material and supplies.

What Youll Do:

• Picking up pieces of graphite (not large billets) measuring them and weighing them
• Repetitive lifting and reading a ruler and a scale
• Documentation of measurementswill record information on a form
• Move graphite into and out of manufacturing cells as required
• Follow instructions on production orders to ensure graphite ismovethrough the proper process
• May be tasked with preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneoustasks asassignedin order tosupport the overall organization
• Understands supports and complies with ISO Policy Procedure and Work Instructions complies with all safety requirements and maintains order and cleanliness of Warehouse premises.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and wears required personal protective equipment
• Performs duties in a safe manner observes approved safety procedures and communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor or EHS.

What We Seek:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to read and write the English language.
• Consistent high standards of housekeeping andstrictadherence to quality standards for both product and services.
• Astute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
• Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical.
• Personal experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.
• Dependability with flexibility to work shifts overtime and weekends to support business needs.
• Candidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.
