Material Handler Fulfillment Associate I

Were looking for a dependable Material Handler Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team in Cottage this role youll help keep products moving by receiving inventory picking and packing customer orders stocking materials and preparing shipments for delivery. Pick pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

Verify part numbers quantities and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse

Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Operate RF scanners and shipping systems to complete daily warehouse tasks

Load unload and move materials using pallet jacks hand trucks and other warehouse equipment

Assist with inventory organization and maintain accurate stock placement

Identify and report damaged missing or incorrect materials

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area following 6S standards

Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Work closely with teammates to support daily warehouse operations

Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required

Experience operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment is a plus

Comfortable learning RF scanners shipping software and warehouse systems

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Teams

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday

Ability to stand walk bend reach and climb ladders regularly

An IDEAL candidate would also have inventory experience not just cycle counting but also handling returns experience in inventory software and inventory reporting
