The Forklift Operator works Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm.

• Transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant and storage yard
• Ensure fab yard is organized and well maintained
• Regularly operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks adhering to company safety practices
• Maintain a clean work area and practice general housekeeping standards
• Perform all tasks to ISO standards and requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Overtime as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and talk or hear; stand walk stoop kneel crouch crawl or climb ladder. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Moderate noise level in the work environment

• Previous forklift experience required
• Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification will be required
• Understanding of ISO 9001 procedures
• Must be available to work overtime on Fridays and weekend hours as needed
