Voltis immediately hiring fora Material Handler for a Data CenterinSparks NV. The data center is located on the north side of I-80 near the Patrick exit.

Qualified candidates must be comfortable using computers learning new software and working on their feet in a physical warehouse environment.

As a Material Handler you will:

• Ensure all packaging such as cardboard and wraps are disposed of according to company policy
• Assisting in shipping receiving storage and distribution activities for the Data Center to include unboxing and boxing/crating of data center equipment
• Assisting in inventory control cycle count programs de-trashing and breaking down materials & keeping the facility clean and organized
• Operate manual or electronic/motorized material handling equipment. This equipment can include pallet jacks and forklifts
• Frequent use of computers scanners and mobile devices used in the shipping receiving and inventory processes

Schedule:Monday Friday 7am to 3:30pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse material handling or shipping/receiving environments
• Forklift operation experience required
• Strong computer skills including basic typing and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Apple iWork (Pages Numbers Keynote)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

Pay Rate:$25.20per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
