Material Handler 6am to 6pm

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Material Handler to join our this role you will be responsible for receiving storing and distributing materials and products within our facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials to support our production and operations.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move materials within the facility safely and efficiently.

Maintain inventory accuracy by following processes and completing transactions as required.

Review schedule and stage material accordingly.

Coordinate with other departments such as production and purchasing to ensure the availability of materials and maintain efficient workflow.

Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues delays or concerns.

Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role preferred.

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work orders.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.

Strong communication skills to interact with team members and vendors
