Responsible forcompleting outbound telephone calls to insurance companiesin order toretrieve documentation orvalidateinformation.
Responsible for working within a call queueand documenting system withappropriate notations.
Performs research and document retrieval fromon-lineinsurance sites.
Completes other research projects as assigned.
Relieson instructionsproceduresand pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job designed to help representatives achieve our goals.
Maintains at least minimumproficiencyresults for productivity (to process data entry in addition to calls)and quality of work performed.
Develops andmaintainspositive working relationships.
SupportsCompanybymaintainingminimum performance standards based on company service commitments as well as individual goals.

Starting Pay Range: $16.00 - $16.50 an hour
Monthly Bonus Opportunities: Up to $300 a month!
Hybrid in Office Schedule: 4 days at home and 1 day in office (*A performance-based work-from-home incentive is available after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.)
