JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Centerstone of Indiana is hiring Clinicians and Licensed Therapists to join our community-based teams across multiple locations. As a leading nonprofit behavioral health provider and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic CCBHC Centerstone is committed to expanding access to high quality evidence based mental health care.

Clinicians provide services aligned with best practice guidelines including evaluation and individual group family and couples psychotherapy for children adolescents and adults. Care is delivered through an integrated trauma informed and recovery-oriented model alongside interdisciplinary teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by accordance with CCBHC standards for coordination of care

Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team

Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies and CCBHC standards.

Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources and Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs) in accordance with CCBHC standards

Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.

Meet Key Performance Indicators in accordance with CCBHC standards

Complete all CCBHC required assessments and reassessments on time.

Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.

Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner according to CCBHC standards

Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) model and how it differs from the historical Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) model.

Perform all required job duties and responsibilities in accordance to CCBHC Standards.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Effectively communicate via written verbal in person and virtual methods.

Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Masters degree in social work psychology or related field is required.

Years of Experience

Three to five years experience in behavioral health environment is preferred. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.

Certification/Licensure

Must have an active three letter or associate license.
